I’ve always believed in the power of curiosity and learning, and that belief has guided me through my career so far. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and spending two years in marketing, I decided to dive deeper into the world of data.
Now, as a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Data Analytics graduate, I’m combining my experience in business and marketing with the analytical skills needed to solve complex problems. Along the way, I’ve had the chance to lead as Vice President of the Flagship Startup Club and manage a project that made it to the Top 100 at STK TECHFEST 2021.
Data-driven decision-making isn’t just a skill for me; it’s a passion that fuels everything I do.
2019 - 2023
Business Management with Marketing
University of the West of England
My time at the University of the West of England was truly transformative. Graduating with an Upper Class Degree in Marketing gave me a solid foundation in both strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving.
I excelled in courses like Project Management, Quantitative Methods for Business, and Production and Operations Management. These subjects sharpened my ability to approach challenges with both structure and creativity.
Being Vice President of the Flagship Startup Club was one of the highlights of my undergraduate journey. I organized events that brought students together to learn and innovate, fostering a spirit of entrepreneurship that I carry with me today. I also led the marketing efforts for the DRVISION Project, a medical diagnostic software service that earned recognition as a Top 100 project at STK TECHFEST 2021.
Whether it was pitching ideas or guiding my team to the Top 60 in Marketing Arena 2022, these experiences taught me the value of collaboration and perseverance. My thesis, which explored how AI chatbots influence customer satisfaction in Vietnamese banking services, further fueled my fascination with the intersection of technology and human behavior.
2022 - 2023
EveHR
At EveHR, an HR Tech Startup specializing in SaaS services for Employee Recognition, I wore many hats and tackled exciting challenges. Over six months, I boosted the company’s organic traffic by 69% by developing smart SEO strategies and building Private Blog Networks (PBNs).
I also redesigned the website, revamped landing pages, and crafted a cohesive brand identity—all while using creative tools like Wix and Canva. Managing PR and event marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and email initiatives gave me a chance to bridge the gap between analytics and creativity. Every project taught me something new, whether it was about market analysis or building connections with clients.
2023 - 2024
Heyo Smart
Joining Heyo Smart, a smart home IoT startup based in the U.S., was a unique experience. As the sole Marketing Specialist, I took ownership of everything from market research to branding. Crafting campaigns that resonated with our audience was both challenging and rewarding.
My social media strategies led to a click-through rate of over 10% and an average engagement time of 50+ seconds. I also delved into search engine marketing, optimizing ads on Microsoft Ads and creating SEO-friendly content. It was an incredible opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Computer Studies & Information System - Data Analytics
Douglas College
Currently pursuing my Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Data Analytics, I’ve embraced the challenge of learning new tools and techniques. With a GPA of 3.47/4.0, I’ve dived into courses like Database Management, Data Visualization, and Business Statistics.
One standout project involved analyzing a dataset of over 18,000 rows detailing Maryland traffic collisions. Collaborating with my teammates, we built insightful dashboards using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI. Through this project, I discovered the power of data storytelling—the ability to turn raw numbers into compelling narratives that drive decision-making.
Reading has always been my favorite way to grow—not just professionally, but personally too.
One book that completely changed my perspective is Think Like a Data Scientist by Brian Godsey. This guide goes beyond technical skills, focusing on data strategies and the importance of asking the right questions and setting clear goals. It bridges the gap between statistics, software, and real-world application, teaching not just the "how" but the "why" of data science. The practical insights and structured methodologies from this book have transformed how I tackle every data-driven project since.
Then there’s A Guide to the Good Life: The Ancient Art of Stoic Joy by William B. Irvine, a philosophy that has become a cornerstone of how I approach life and work. The teachings of Marcus Aurelius and Epictetus have helped me remain calm under pressure and focus on what truly matters. Whether I’m navigating a challenging project or reflecting on personal growth, Stoicism reminds me to keep things in perspective and strive for progress over perfection.
Lastly, How an Economy Grows and Why it Crashes by Peter Schiff and Andrew Schiff has deepened my understanding of economic principles. It’s not just a book about economics; it’s a story about how decisions ripple through systems and create long-term impacts. These lessons have shaped my approach to strategic planning, helping me think critically about the bigger picture in both marketing and data analysis.
